  • Enquiry

This is where the ball is in your court. Send us your idea or need. We’ll be in contact in 24 hours or less for an initial meeting.

  • Estimate

We take the information we gathered in our meeting, and get together with our team. This is when we come up with an initial plan of action, and get figures together for an early estimate. We make take several days to finish this, but you won’t be left in the dark. We’ll make regular contact with questions and status updates.

  • Discover

Once you have given your approval on our initial engagement plan, we will launch the discovery phase. This is when we begin to explore your project requirements in depth. We may need to interview members of your team and take a look at any legacy systems. This is where we’ll make decisions about resource needs, create a development plan, and begin to work on the overall architecture. At this point, costs and deadlines will become much more concrete.

  • Contract

We would never ask you to proceed with any project with a contract in place outlining all of the relevant details. Don’t worry, things will progress while you are reading through the paperwork. We’ll keep things going by doing tasks such as putting your team together.

  • Production

This is the phase where all of the design, development, and testing happens. How this works in your case will depend on the specific engagement model that you selected. You may hear from us daily. We may simply send out status updates once a week or so. It’s up to you how much you are kept in the loop.

  • Launch

This is an exciting and nerve-wracking time. This is phase where the project is completed, and it’s time to deploy your product. We know you want to please your users whether your product is for your own enterprise or your customers. Don’t worry we’ll be there to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  • Support

We know that even small projects require ongoing maintenance and support. All of our projects come with a built-in warranty. However, you do have the option of extending our support beyond that.

  • Hand-over

Some customers choose long term maintenance and support while others are eager to take the reins quickly. Whatever the case may be, we will work with your team to ensure they have a solid understanding of the project including what has been completed, and what remains outstanding. Even then, we make ourselves available to you.
