— 2+ years in IT recruiting
— Successful closure of 3-5 positions monthly
— Upper-intermediate level of English
— Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment — from vacancy opening to placement
— Plan and execute all stages of recruitment related process
— Clarify the vacancy requirements and expectations
— Search for candidates
— Conduct pre-screening of candidates and HR interviews, offering, etc.
— Handle simultaneously set of approximately 5 vacancies of different levels
— Provide qualified consultancy services to internal customers
— Keep ATS (applicants tracking system) flow and statuses in order to the rules and procedures
— Take over niche vacancies and pre-sales staffing if required
